Please register as a new patient this link. We will call you to set up your initial visit.

What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct Primary Care is a membership model of healthcare that puts the emphasis back on the personalized relationship between a patient and their doctor.  It removes intermediaries such as insurance companies and remote call centers and does away with unreasonable wait times and surprise billing.

What does my membership include?

Your membership includes unlimited visits per year, in-office procedures, personalized healthcare of the highest quality, and coordination with other medical specialists, as needed. For a more comprehensive list, please visit our Membership Benefits page.

Do you take insurance?

No. Your annual membership fee covers all in-office care. There are no additional costs per visit, no co-pays, and no surprise bills. Insurance is still needed for catastrophic care and can be used for labs and imaging studies.

Do you take Medicare or Medicaid?

No. Dr. Diggs does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Patients covered under Medicare are legally prohibited from billing Medicare for Dr. Diggs’ services. Member patients are required to sign a waiver indicating their understanding of this policy.

Do I still need medical insurance?

Yes. You will be able to use your insurance for medical care outside of Dr. Diggs’ office, including Emergency Room visits, hospitalizations, specialized therapies, (physical therapy, mental health, etc.), x-rays, lab testing, and the like.

How do I pay for Direct Primary Care?

Join as a member! Patient members pay an annual membership fee, which can be paid in installments. This fee includes unlimited office visits, rapid scheduling, your annual physical, and procedures that can be done in-office. For a list of in-office procedures, visit our Membership Benefits page. For more information on membership, visit our Membership Info page.
